No, this is not a Michael Jackson concert! But, it is what most of you have been working up to. Even if you haven't, just put yourself out there and make it the best that you've got. Just don't give up! Even if you can't make it all the way in one run, just do segments. Run one segment and walk one segment. And if you're up for it, run two segments and walk one segment and so on. Just keep pushing yourself. As someone once said "pain is temporary, but glory is forever". If you keep this up, all your runs will improve in many ways.
