Sorry for the late posting on the route...it's been a LONG week! Below is a recycled route from August, but it's still very flat!! I hope those recovering from the Nike Marathon will still show up to at least walk a part of the route. Your legs easily forget what it takes to run even after a marathon. It's best to keep them moving with a slow jog/walk starting the day after a major event to keep the blood flowing (emphasis is on slow movement). Once you stop running for a few days/weeks, getting back to your best hurts even more. Running's always painful, didn't you already know that? :)

-Start at adidas Sport Performance Store
-Right on Market St.
-Left on Sansome St.
-Right on Union St.
-Right on Front St.
-Left on Jackson St.
-Right on Drumm St.
-Right on Market St.
-Finish at adidas Sport Performance Store
