Thanks to every single person that came out to Urban Run over the years. The hardest part of running is showing up and you guys made it a point to show up. That's why you're the heroes in our book. You'll always be on our minds. You're the reason why we do this! Making a difference!

The format of this blog will change and continue with information about run clubs in San Francisco and the Bay Area. If you're a part of a run club or know of one in your area, please leave information about it in the comment and we will make it a part of this blog.

It's the Final Countdown...

It's counting down to the final minutes of our run. A BIG THANK YOU TO EVERYONE THAT CAME OUT TO URBAN RUN. We can't say THANK YOU enough to all of you. We hope everyone is able to come out to Urban Run one last time, one last run (optional) and join our potluck farewell party. We're looking forward to seeing everyone. So lace up and join us.

This blog will change its format and continue to provide information of Run Clubs in the area. Not just San Francisco, but the Bay Area. So check back and see what's new in the area. Also we'll continue to provide information to the Hot Chocolate Race. One of our own (Jason Y) took 3rd place overall in it.
